L’application mobile MyVS accompagne les collaborateurs au quotidien en leur offrant un accès simple et rapide aux informations essentielles de l’entreprise : documents, communiqués, annuaire interne et contact manager. Elle permet également de déclarer et soumettre à validation les principales démarches RH et administratives : activités et CRA, temps passé, heures supplémentaires ou HNO, unités d’œuvre, astreintes, notes de frais et absences. Les managers disposent d’un espace dédié pour traiter les demandes qui leur sont soumises, valider ou refuser les workflows liés aux CRA, notes de frais et absences, et consulter les alertes métiers qui les concernent. Les commerciaux peuvent quant à eux suivre et gérer leurs tâches CRM directement depuis l’application.
