HOW IT WORKS When you place your first order on our app, our driver will bring you our bags, so all you need to do is fill those bags according to the service you need: • Clean & Press service: This is for all items that require special care and pressing that include suits, dresses, shirts, blouses, pants, jackets and more. Pricing is per item. • Press Only sticker on the our bag and we'll know you just need them pressed. Pricing is per item. • Wash & Fold service: It's perfect for items suitable for 40°C wash that don’t need pressing like sportswear, homewear, underwear & more. Fill up the bag for a fixed price of AED 65 per bag! • HomeCare service: This is for all your home linens that include towels, beddings, pillows, duvets, blankets, etc. Fill up the bag with up to 15 items for a fixed price of AED 65 per bag! For future orders, we will give you some extra bags, so you can fill and leave outside of your door for pickup. On the app, you can add special instructions on how you want us to package, fold, hang, crease, or starch your items. You can also report stains or write notes for delicate/expensive items.
