Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: K4 Tools at 5.0 against Flight's 4.4. K4 Tools also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and update cadence (monthly vs every 10 months). Flight's advantage is ratings volume (11 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.6). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

K4 Tools holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Flight has 11 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
Flight ships an update every 10 months, K4 Tools monthly. The most recent releases landed on September 22, 2026 and July 3, 2026 respectively.
