Fine-tune your PID controllers and master your industrial processes. A powerful simulator allows you to model your processes and visualize the impact of changes to your PID controller on the performance of your control loop. Compare the results with you real data. Identify processes that could benefit from control optimization. Features: • graphical touch interface • visual and interactive parameter feedback • define both stable and integrating processes • several controller schemes • organize your collections of processes and PID settings • advanced modeling (noise, filter, units) • universal application for iPhone and iPad This LITE version allows you to discover the software. This version is also appropriate for students and non-professional users. Additional features of the PRO version of Tool2Tune-PID include: • import and visualization of real process data (CSV) More information is available at www.T2T-PID.com. We welcome your questions and suggestions at feedback@t2t-pid.com T2T-PID was developed in collaboration with SPC Consultants, experts with more than 20 years' experience in automation and system integration. This is a simulator. Its purpose is to allow you to appreciate the effect of different settings on the behavior of industrial processes.
3D Interpolation
Calculate key directional drilling parameters like TVD, coordinates, and displacement. This tool aids drilling engineers and students in oil well directional drilling by interpolating survey data.
- Calculate TVD, N/S, E/W coordinates
- Determine Horizontal Displacement
- Calculate Dog-Leg Severity
- Measure Build-Up Rate
- Calculate Turn Rate
- Interpolate parameters between survey stations

The 3D Interpolation provides an useful tool to calculate projections TVD (True Vertical Depth), N/S and E/W coordinates, Horizontal Displacement, Dog-Leg Severity, Build-Up Rate (Angle Rate, Intensity) and Turn Rate and also the Interpolation of these parameters between two well planning sections or survey stations defined by Measured Depth, Inclination and Azimuth as entry parameters in the directional drilling of oil wells. Calculations Method: Minimum Curvature Length Units: Foot and Meter (Metre) Intensity Units: degree/100ft, degree/10m, degree/30m and degree/100m Our goal was to create a low-cost application with the help of experts to share with drilling engineers, technicians, drillers, students and teachers of drilling engineering. You can contribute with suggestions for improvements, correcting the translation to english, reporting bugs and sharing it with your friends.
