Maid Without Borders is Singapore's modern hiring platform that connects employers with verified maids (MDWs)—without the high agency fees, long waiting times, or outdated hiring process. Whether you're hiring for childcare, eldercare, pet care, special needs support, or general household assistance, Maid Without Borders helps you find the right maid through intelligent caregiving search & verified profiles. CHEAPER Traditional maid agencies can cost around $5,000 in agency fees. Maid Without Borders starts from just $599. Unlike traditional agency models, helpers also do not need to take a 6-month maid loan, making the process fairer & reducing the likelihood of them turning to loansharks. BETTER Find maids based on the care they can actually provide. Instead of being sent a random helper who may not suit your needs, match on real capability: ask how much a helper can lift before hiring for a stroke patient who needs help showering, find a talkative helper for a socially isolated elder, a calm and quiet helper for autism care, or an assertive helper for a child with ADHD. You can even find helpers who can ride a bike or drive your kids. Maid Without Borders has interviewed 200+ charities, maids & government agencies to find specialised keywords for each medical condition. Search using specialised caregiving keywords for: Childcare Eldercare Pet Care Special Needs Dementia Care Infant Care Cooking Housekeeping Spend less time searching & more time finding the right match. FASTER Many helpers can arrive in just 3–10 days, compared to the traditional 3–8 week agency process. With no dormitory bottleneck and no need to stage a helper's entry into Singapore around bed availability, your family gets support when it needs it—every day matters. SAFER Every employer & helper is identity verified before using the platform through Singpass and banking-grade biometric verification, including keypoint facial recognition, creating a more trusted & transparent hiring experience.
