Keep your class on the same clock with Training Beat, a clear interval timer for coaches and group workouts. Set up a session on iPhone or iPad, then follow each work and rest phase on a large, easy-to-read countdown. NOW ON APPLE WATCH Start a saved workout on your Watch or follow a workout started on your iPhone. See your countdown and progress, feel haptic cues and control your workout from your wrist. BUILD THE WORKOUT YOU NEED • Start quickly with an editable workout. • Combine blocks with their own set count, work timing, and rest timing. • Split a set into consecutive work segments when a session has more than one effort or pace. • Set rest periods to zero when you want to move straight into the next phase. KEEP THE CLASS MOVING A 3-2-1 preparation countdown gives everyone time to get ready. Clear WORK, SET REST, and BLOCK REST states show what is happening now. Tap the timer to reveal Pause, Resume, Skip, and Exit controls when you need to adjust the session. Sound cues help mark key moments, and a workout progress indicator shows how far you have come. SAVE IT FOR NEXT TIME Save workout setups in Library, edit them later, and start them again with a tap. Recent keeps the ten most recently started setups so you can quickly repeat a session, including one you exited early. MADE FOR THE ROOM Training Beat works in portrait and landscape on iPhone and iPad. It runs offline, needs no account, and keeps workout setups and preferences on your device.
