Can't put your phone down? Run Your Time makes screen time something you earn. The app blocks your most distracting apps until you exercise. Work out for ten minutes, and you unlock ten minutes of screen time — one minute of activity for every minute on your phone. Run Your Time is a subscription app and begins with a free trial. If it isn't the right fit, you can cancel anytime in Settings. HOW IT WORKS Choose the apps you want blocked, such as social media or games. Complete a workout using any fitness app that syncs with Apple Health — Strava, Nike Run Club, Peloton, and Apple Watch workouts all count. Open Run Your Time, and your exercise minutes convert into screen time. When your time is up, your apps lock again automatically. WHAT'S INCLUDED Block unlimited apps, enforced by real iOS Screen Time Earn screen time from any workout and any fitness app Bank your earned time throughout the week and redeem it anytime through midnight Saturday Set a custom exchange rate, such as one minute of exercise for two minutes of screen time Pause a session and save the remaining time for later Track a live countdown in the Dynamic Island and on your Lock Screen STAY HONEST Ask a friend or partner to set the passcode. Without it, you can't unblock your apps or change the rules — real accountability, not a setting you can quietly switch off. Your health data never leaves your device. The app reads only your workout duration to credit your screen time.
