Can't put your phone down? Run Your Time makes screen time something you earn. The app blocks your most distracting apps until you exercise. Work out for ten minutes, and you unlock ten minutes of screen time — one minute of activity for every minute on your phone. Run Your Time is a subscription app and begins with a free trial. If it isn't the right fit, you can cancel anytime in Settings. HOW IT WORKS Choose the apps you want blocked, such as social media or games. Complete a workout using any fitness app that syncs with Apple Health — Strava, Nike Run Club, Peloton, and Apple Watch workouts all count. Open Run Your Time, and your exercise minutes convert into screen time. When your time is up, your apps lock again automatically. WHAT'S INCLUDED Block unlimited apps, enforced by real iOS Screen Time Earn screen time from any workout and any fitness app Bank your earned time throughout the week and redeem it anytime through midnight Saturday Set a custom exchange rate, such as one minute of exercise for two minutes of screen time Pause a session and save the remaining time for later Track a live countdown in the Dynamic Island and on your Lock Screen STAY HONEST Ask a friend or partner to set the passcode. Without it, you can't unblock your apps or change the rules — real accountability, not a setting you can quietly switch off. Your health data never leaves your device. The app reads only your workout duration to credit your screen time. Quit the habit you've already tried to quit a hundred times. Not by resisting it every day. By building a life it doesn't fit into. Picture six months from now. Your head is quiet. You've got energy for the gym, for your work, for the person you're with. Nothing feels like a fight. You just don't go there. ONE THING A DAY Every morning, one action. Not ten. One. You pick it, you lock it in, you do it, you get credit for it. WHEN THE URGE HITS, TAP SHIFT One two-minute thing to do right now. Cold water. Twenty pushups. Step outside. Text someone. Free, unlimited, always. The worst moment of your day is not the moment to hit a paywall. YOU GET CREDIT FOR WHAT YOU DID Most apps count days clean. Miss one, you're back to zero, and you feel like garbage. Vertane counts actions. XP for what you actually did today. Eight ranks to climb, Seeker to Master. A SLIP TAKES NOTHING FROM YOU Log it. Your XP stays. Your level stays. Your badges stay. Your calendar keeps every day you showed up. The streak resets. That's all. No red anywhere in this app, and no lecture waiting for you. FREE FOREVER - SHIFT, unlimited - Today's action - Your streak - The no-shame reset PREMIUM - Your full calendar and history - XP, levels, 8 ranks, 18 badges - Patterns: when your urges actually cluster - An accountability partner - Breathing and sleep tools No feed of strangers. No fake stats about your brain. No score telling you how broken you are. Nobody has to know you're using this. The name doesn't say what it's for. Neither does the icon. Lock it behind Face ID, and never make an account at all. I built this because I've been there for years, and I got tired of apps that made me feel worse every time I slipped. A setback is the recipe for a comeback. — R. Vertane is free to download. Premium is an annual subscription with a 7-day free trial, or monthly or weekly with no trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends.
