GetDockPay turns your time at the dock into a detention invoice the broker can check. Tap Arrived when you pull in (Pro can remind you when you get there) and your phone's GPS stamps the time and place. We do the detention math from your free time and hourly rate and build an invoice that shows your proof. ADVANCED PROOF, SIMPLE TO USE • GPS time stamps: tap Arrived, Dock In, Completed and Departed. Each tap records your phone's GPS position and the time. If you are far from the facility's saved pin, the app asks before it logs the arrival. • Detention math: your free time and your rate, to the minute. Example: 2 hours free, $75 an hour and a 5-hour wait = 3 billable hours = $225. • Invoice PDF: your GPS times and a map of the stop, with links to your BOL photos, in one PDF you can export or share. • Load details: load number, rate con number, appointment time and a check-in stamp go on the invoice. • Advance notice: while you are on site, email the broker that detention applies once free time runs out. • Dock directory: pick the facility from thousands of pre-loaded US docks, ramps and ports, or add your own. • Broker Pay Score and Dock Score for the brokers and facilities you work with: GetDockPay drivers' ratings and how many claims sent through GetDockPay were paid. NEW IN 1.1 (PRO) • Auto-detect arrival: pick the facility on Log Stop and your phone watches one zone reaching about 700 ft from the facility's pin. When your truck enters, you get a reminder to log Arrived. When it leaves, one to log Departed. Nothing is logged until you open the app and tap. It stays off until you turn it on in Profile, and it needs location set to Always and notifications on. • Dock reminders: a reminder 30 minutes before your appointment and at appointment time, a notification with your arrival time and when free time ends, an alert when free time ends and an hourly running total while you wait. • Attach your ELD log: export the day from your ELD app as a PDF, or use a screenshot saved to Files. Any ELD brand works, and the invoice lists it as "ELD log". PRO SENDS THE INVOICE AND THE NOTICES • We email your invoice to the broker. The invoice is notice 1, and replies come straight to you. • Then the Second, Third and Fourth Notice go out by email on day 3, 7 and 14 after sending, unless you mark the claim paid or denied first. The Fourth Notice is the last automatic one. • The claim screen counts every notice sent and shows the date of the next one. • The full Broker & Dock Scores directory: browse and search every rated broker and facility, not just the ones you work with. FREE OR PRO Free: log stops with GPS stamps, the detention math, BOL photos, load details, the advance notice to the broker, the invoice PDF, weekly and tax reports, the dock directory, and scores for your own brokers and facilities. Pro ($24.99 a month or $239.99 a year): everything in Free, plus auto-detect arrival, dock reminders, ELD log attach, the invoice and the numbered notices emailed to the broker, and the full Broker & Dock Scores directory. Pro renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account; manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. GetDockPay never handles your money and never takes a cut of your detention pay. Built by GetDockPay LLC for owner-operators and small fleets. Questions: info@getdockpay.com or (877) 614-3836.
