QuickQuote Flow connects the office and the job site. Plan assignments, record hours and materials, and keep attendance in view. With Pro, you run projects from the site visit through the quote to the invoice. PLAN FOR FREE, UP TO TEN PEOPLE The free planner covers up to ten people including the owner. Plan multi-day assignments, see absences and vacation accounts, and record hours and materials. It also includes a time clock, a calendar subscription and a wall display. No payment details and no trial period. Register your business in the browser and then use QuickQuote on iPhone, iPad or on the web. CLOCK IN AND RECONCILE HOURS Clocking in works in the app on the company network or at the entrance on a tablet with a personal PIN. Compatible Datafox terminals in HTTP mode can send bookings directly to QuickQuote. The office imports other existing bookings from a file. The view shows who is present and compares attendance with booked hours. Installers continue to book their working time on job sites. For office, boss and owner, draft hours can optionally be prepared from clocked days. The person checks the draft and submits it themselves. Employees cannot change their own clock records. Corrections by office, boss or owner require a note and are logged. HOURS AND MATERIALS ON THE PROJECT Record working time and materials directly on the job. Check monthly hours per person and export monthly and team overviews as PDF. The office can correct hours with a reason. Job sites can be paused with a reason and resumed later. PRO FOR QUOTES AND INVOICING Capture photos, measurements, materials and notes during the site visit. The office prepares quotes, the boss reviews and comments on PDFs and approves them. Documents, hours and materials stay with the project. Prepare invoices and keep open tasks in view. Quey assists in the app. Site visits, quotes, invoices, documents, approvals and AI features are part of Pro. Up to ten installers are included in Pro. YOUR TEAM, YOUR LANGUAGE, YOUR BUSINESS The app offers 25 interface languages. Each person chooses their own language. The country and region of the business determine public holidays, currency, date and number formats and time zone. Supported: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Romania, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, the USA and Australia. PDF labels are available in 18 languages. The other app languages use English labels. Country-specific special cases for invoices are not fully automated. Government e-invoicing systems such as KSeF, e-Factura and SdI, as well as the Swiss QR bill, are not connected. For businesses in Poland, Romania and Italy, the focus is on planning, hours, time clock and quotes. Invoice documents there do not replace any required submission through the respective national system. Support and legal texts are available in German and English. MADE FOR iPhone Duo Folded, the navigation sits slim in the status column; unfolded, QuickQuote shows the weekly plan in landscape and the chat list next to the conversation. Everything stays in place when you fold or unfold. For trade businesses that want to organize planning, job site and office in one shared workflow.
