We are excited to introduce Daily Mind Diary. Daily Mind Diary is a reflection and training app for cultivating heedfulnessβthe practice of being aware of oneβs thoughts and actions, a concept rooted in Won-Buddhist teachings. Rather than being carried away by habits and distractions, this app helps you notice moments when your mind is present and moments when it wanders. By recording these moments, you can gradually learn to live guided by your thoughts, instead of letting circumstances and impulses guide them. Through consistent reflection, Daily Mind Diary supports you in becoming more aware, more intentional, and ultimately more in command of your mind and your life. Key Features - Track heedful and unheedful moments - Quick recording via home screen widget - Record moments directly from Apple Watch - View statistics to observe patterns in your awareness - Share records with friends using iCloud - Write a personal diary entry for each record Thank you for choosing Daily Mind Diary as your companion on the path of awareness. Proof

Most affirmations fail at the first sentence. If you don't believe the words, repeating them louder doesn't help. Proof starts there. Write something you wish you believed. Proof helps bring the sentence down to earth, until it feels honest enough to use today. Make it gentler, make it more direct, or edit it yourself. When something happens that supports the belief, even something small, save that moment as proof. Over time, the words stop feeling borrowed. They have your own history behind them. You can also browse a quiet feed of beliefs, keep the ones that fit, pass on the ones that don't, and reshape the ones that are close. New: choose an area like work, relationships, body, money, or parenting, and the feed follows it. Every belief you keep, retire, or finish stays in your History. Your saved belief can stay nearby in a widget or an optional reminder. If you want to share it, you can make a still image or a short transformation video first. Your writing stays private. Proof doesn't require an account, and your beliefs, proof, and photos are stored on your iPhone. Notifications never include your proof text, and you can keep your belief off your lock screen and widgets. Proof is a subscription. There is no free version. The weekly plan starts with a 3-day free trial and the annual plan with a 7-day free trial. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing. Your writing always stays on your iPhone. Proof offers optional weekly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Available plans, localized prices, and any eligible introductory offer are shown before purchase. Proof is made for self-reflection. It is not a crisis or emergency service.
