When you're on edge, take one breath first. Open it and start. There's a capybara on the screen, and their belly rises and falls with each breath — just follow along. One minute counts. BREATHE WITH THE SCREEN Three practices, all free: • Balanced Breath — in and out for the same length; good for a first try • Longer Exhale — breathe out a little longer than you breathe in; the loosening is easier to feel • Breath Counting — count from one to ten; if you drift, go back to one You can set the pace to whatever length feels comfortable. OR CLOSE YOUR EYES Turn on sound guidance and a soft cue marks every breath in and every breath out — no need to watch the screen. Halfway through, you can press the power button and put the screen to sleep. The practice keeps going on its own and ends with three gentle strikes. Three cue sounds to choose from: singing bowl, chime, waves. Don't want sound? Turn it off in Settings. COME WHENEVER YOU WANT TO Capy is here every day.
