E.C.H.O is built to track progress and help you build better habits. Not with empty streaks or vague goals—with a daily system that records how you spend your time, grades your week, and keeps you moving toward the life you’re building. Most apps ask you to check a box. E.C.H.O asks you to put the minutes in. Log your work. Unlock the rest of your day. See your week grade. Talk to a coach that knows the Clairsaint Flow framework. Plan reminders and workouts. Because every choice has outcomes—and outcomes add up. ———————— THE TRACKER ———————— At the center of E.C.H.O is the six-tier system inspired by the book Meet the Rich Me and built for people done living on autopilot. • Log development minutes across six tiers so progress is a record, not a guess • Gatekeeper: finish your Tier I foundation first—then the other tiers unlock for the day • Use the week calendar and day tiles to see what you actually did • Earn weekly grades toward Level 0 through 6 with clear targets each week • Run a focus timer that keeps working in the background and alerts you when time is up • Name the activities that define your path and track the practice that fits your life This isn’t another habit checklist. It’s a system that shows—day after day—whether you’re becoming who you said you would be. ———————— COACHING IN THE APP ———————— When you need guidance, Ask Echo. • Chat with ECHO for coaching grounded in the Clairsaint Flow and Meet the Rich Me • Get guidance tied to the journey you’re already tracking—not generic pep talks E.C.H.O doesn’t only count minutes. It helps you make sense of what those minutes are building. ———————— REMINDERS, WORKOUTS & EXERCISES ———————— Progress needs structure between the big breakthroughs: • Reminders — set due dates and times with gentle local notifications that nudge without nagging • Workouts & exercise browse — search a catalog of exercises by muscle group and equipment, preview details, watch form videos, and schedule sessions on your calendar • Stats — see your levels, weekly grades, history, and how far you’ve come • Notes — capture reflections, ideas, and the thoughts that keep you honest • Discover — curated media and content that feeds the journey (coming soon) • Framework / book experience — stay close to the ideas that started Clairsaint Flow ———————— N3RD TRIVIA & BRAIN GAMES ———————— Inside E.C.H.O you’ll find Brain Games powered by N3RD—starting with the original N3RD Trivia. N3RD Trivia is a fast memory-and-recall challenge: you’re given a category and a set of words; memorize, then pick the three that belong. Hundreds of categories cover sports, science, culture, history, language, and everyday knowledge—so every round is a real brain workout, not a random quiz app. Play across multiple modes built for different paces and skill levels, including: • Classic & Classic II — memorize, then recall on a balanced or tighter clock • Speed & Blitz — faster recall when you want intensity • Flip — tiles flip face-down; tap the correct answers in order • Survival & Precision — lives on the line for hardcore runs • Shuffle, Challenge, Streak, Time Attack, Random, and Practice — variety when you want to train, ramp up, or learn without pressure Beyond Trivia, N3RD also includes Math, Spanish, Pop, Kidz, Comics, Gamer, History, and more—so staying sharp stays part of the practice. ———————— WHO IT’S FOR ———————— If you’re ready to leave autopilot and practice the Rich Me life—if you want a tracker that grades honesty, a coach that speaks your framework, workouts you can actually schedule, and brain games that make you sharper—E.C.H.O was built for you. Every minute you invest becomes evidence. Every outcome points forward. Download E.C.H.O. Track the life you’re building—one choice at a time. E.C.H.O — Every Choice Has Outcomes.
