About

Square Plate

Features

Square Plate turns a week of eating into something you can actually follow. Plan seven days of breakfasts, lunches, snacks and dinners. See what's next at a glance, get a nudge when it's time to start prepping, and walk into the shop with a list that already knows what you've run out of. PLAN THE WHOLE WEEK Every day gets four slots. Fill them from a starter plan, edit anything, or build your own from scratch. Each meal carries its portions, its prep steps and the products it uses. PREP REMINDERS THAT MAKE SENSE Some things need starting the night before. Set a lead time per meal and Square Plate reminds you when prep should begin, not when you're already hungry. Meal times, prep leads and after-meal walks are all yours to change. A SHOPPING LIST THAT RESTOCKS ITSELF Products carry a cadence — weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly. Square Plate tracks when you last restocked each one and tells you what's due, so the list builds itself instead of being rewritten every week. ALL OF THAT IS FREE. There is no subscription, no account and no trial. SHARING & AI PLANS — ONE-TIME UNLOCK Three extras sit behind a single purchase you make once and keep: - Share any meal, a whole day, or your entire library as a file, and send it however you like - Import a library someone else sends you, previewing everything before it merges - Turn an AI's answer into a full seven-day plan: copy a prompt, paste it into whichever AI app you already use, paste the reply back The app never contacts an AI service itself. It hands you a prompt and reads what you paste back, so nothing you type leaves your phone. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Everything lives on your device. No account, no sign-up, no analytics, no ads, no tracking. Square Plate asks for no permissions at all beyond the notifications you switch on yourself. Available in English, Spanish and French. General healthy-eating guidance, not medical advice. The built-in starter plans are sample data — examples meant to be edited into your own plan, not nutritionally calculated for you and not scientifically validated.
