About

SW League

Features

Your athlete card is your identity in calisthenics. SW League turns judge-verified performances into a card: an overall rating (OVR), five stats, a tier from Fighter to Titan, and your modality. Compete in the free monthly league, chase records, and share it all straight from the app. COMPETE IN THE MONTHLY LEAGUE, FREE One fixed set every month. Film your attempt, submit it, and certified judges score it. You get five attempts a month and only your best counts, so a bad day costs nothing. Every month the champion wins a €50 cash prize and the top 3 get a free month of Pro. Entry is free for everyone, and Pro gives no advantage in the league. YOUR ATHLETE CARD Think FIFA Ultimate Team, but for street workout. Your OVR is built from Strength, Endurance, Skill, Speed and Explosiveness across 25 exercises, from weighted 1RM pull-ups to front lever holds. Every number is filmed and accepted by a judge, never self-reported. Pick your modality (Power Endurance, StreetLifting or Freestyle) and climb the tiers: Fighter, Warrior, Elite, Champion, Legend, Titan. Tap share, drop it anywhere. RECORDS, CROWNS AND BADGES Every exercise has its own record board. Hold #1 and the crown sits on your card until someone takes it. Badges unlock in three levels as your numbers climb. RANKING See where your card stands against every athlete in the league. Filter by modality, country or weight class. JUDGE SURFACE Certified judges get a dedicated review queue with video playback, scoring criteria and an accept/reject workflow inside the same app, no separate tool. AI GURU An AI coach that knows calisthenics, the league rules and your card. Ask about progressions, technique or what to train next. TRAINING TOOLS Workout logger for live sessions, sets and history. EMOM, interval and HIIT timers. Strength calculator: estimate your 1RM and see the card score it would earn. DISCOVER PARKS Find calisthenics parks near you on an interactive map. Read reviews, add photos and suggest new spots. STORE Training programs and gear, purchased directly in the app. SW LEAGUE PRO Free gives you the league, every tool, and a card with 19 of the 25 exercises (3 record attempts each). Pro unlocks everything at full capacity: • All 25 card exercises and unlimited record attempts, the road to Legend and Titan • AI form analysis: your judged clip with the AI pose skeleton and plain measurements • 100 AI Guru messages a day (10 on free) and AI training plans • Head-to-head card comparison with any athlete • Build and save your own EMOMs and intervals, plus a template library • Faster logging: exercise library, last time's numbers, rest timer, progress charts, cloud backup • Your strength program as a PDF Pro is available monthly or yearly (auto-renewing, 7-day free trial for new subscribers) or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. HOW IT WORKS 1. Create your athlete profile and pick your modality 2. Film an exercise and submit it as a record 3. A judge reviews it and your card updates 4. Enter the monthly league for free, up to 5 attempts a month 5. Chase crowns, badges, the next tier and the monthly prize Prizes are awarded by SW League. Apple is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in, the league or its prizes. Official rules are in the app's Terms of Use.
