Stealth is an AI assistant and backcountry toolkit that runs entirely on your iPhone. Your words, photos, recordings and files are processed on the device and stored encrypted. There's no account, no cloud, no analytics, and no ads. TALK, SHOW, ASK • Chat with Apple Intelligence or a downloaded open model (MiniCPM, Granite, Gemma or Qwen), on the iPhone's own chip. • Voice mode, and "Show Stealth": point the camera and ask. • Stealth remembers what matters, with your consent. Review, pin or delete any memory. YOUR FILES, SCANS AND RECORDINGS • Import PDFs and notes, or scan receipts, letters and contracts with the camera; Stealth reads them on device, answers from them and cites the passage. • Private recorder with live transcript and summary. TRANSLATE, OFFLINE • Text, signs and menus through the camera, photos, and face-to-face conversations. • Apple's on-device translation or a downloadable model (Hy-MT2 or TranslateGemma, 55 languages including Romanian). OFFLINE MAPS AND ROUTES FOR HIKING AND OFF-ROAD • Download a region once (Romania now): streets, every trail and track, marked routes, terrain, contours and places. • Route planning with no signal: hike, bike or off-road, with time, climb and turn-by-turn cues, and an alert if you leave the route. • Mark your car and get led back to it. • Record and import tracks (GPX); fly over them in 3D. • Wikivoyage (optional): 33,000 travel guides, with their places on the map. WITH OTHERS, WITH NO NETWORK (OPTIONAL) • Nearby mesh: message people over Bluetooth, relayed phone to phone. Works with the bitchat app. • Trips: see your group on the offline map, hold-to-talk voice clips, and an SOS that repeats until someone answers. • Radio (beta): pair a MeshCore LoRa radio to reach people kilometres away. • Online via Tor: end-to-end encrypted messages to contacts anywhere. SAFETY • Field Kit: first-aid cards, GPS coordinates, compass, sun times, SOS flashlight. • Storm watch: the barometer warns when pressure falls fast. • Medical ID: allergies, blood type and contacts, one tap from a Lock Screen widget even with Stealth locked (if you allow it), and shown in another language when needed. • Survival Core and Wikipedia Medicine (optional): field guides and medical articles, offline. APPLE WATCH • SOS, the way back to your car, the barometer, Translate and your Medical ID on your wrist. PRIVACY TOOLS • Clean a photo before sharing: remove its location and camera details, and hide faces, text and number plates for good. PRIVATE BY DESIGN — WE NEVER COLLECT YOUR DATA • No account, no servers, no analytics, no ads, no tracking. • AES-256 encryption for every chat, memory, file and recording, and a Face ID lock. • Network ledger: see every download Stealth has made. It goes online only to download what you chose, or for Comms if you turn it on, always through Tor. Routes and trail data come from OpenStreetMap volunteers: check conditions locally.
