For me, learning flags feels like connecting to the whole world I live in. More and more people, including myself, see themselves as citizens of the world. Learning flags becomes a way to build a simple model of all the fascinating cultures and people that make up this planet. It’s a foundation for understanding the world in a broader sense—helpful for grasping politics, the economy, or simply finding creative inspiration from different cultures. I’ve tried other apps, but they were either ugly, filled with annoying ads, or asking you to pay a subscription just to get rid of them. The reality is, building a great app takes a lot of time and money, and we all have to make money somehow. Eventually, I built my own simple prototype with nice sound effects, and I loved playing with it. I couldn’t stop making it better, and that’s how Flags Quest came to life. I wanted to try a different model: no ads, no in-app purchases (so your kids won’t accidentally spend any money). I ask for one payment, and you get to use the app forever. I hope Flags Quest is helpful for travelers, geography enthusiasts, parents, students, or anyone who wants to connect more with the world around them. It’s definitely better than just scrolling through Instagram, right?

Chad or Romania? Indonesia or Monaco? Most flag apps just quiz you. Flag Champ trains you — it actually teaches you to tell look-alike flags apart, the ones that trip up everyone else. When two flags are easy to confuse — Chad and Romania, Indonesia and Monaco, the Netherlands and Luxembourg — the Confusables Trainer shows you the one detail that tells them apart, plus a short memory hook that sticks. (Cha-D = Darker blue. You'll never miss it again.) 43 curated look-alike clusters, all hand-checked. A fast, juicy, casual game for geography and trivia fans, and anyone who keeps mixing up similar flags. Bite-size rounds that fit a coffee break. WHAT YOU GET • Quick Play — snappy rounds with satisfying combos and adaptive difficulty • Confusables Trainer & Bosses — drill the famous look-alikes until they stick • Atlas — collect flags from every region as you build mastery • Daily Challenge — a fresh set each day, with streaks and forgiving streak freezes • Profile & stats — track accuracy, best runs, XP, and levels • Badges to earn as you go THE WORLD, COVERED • 197 countries — UN members plus widely recognized states • 5 regions: Africa, the Americas, Asia, Europe, and Oceania • Difficulty from iconic flags to the hardest look-alikes DESIGNED TO FEEL GREAT • Snappy answer feedback with pops, dings, and haptics • Kind-but-clear wrong answers — and a chance to redeem them • Clean, colorful design with light and dark modes • Built for iPhone and iPad NO STRINGS • No ads • No accounts, no tracking — your progress stays on your device • Works fully offline Whether you want to ace a geography quiz, finally stop mixing up Chad and Romania, or just enjoy a few fast rounds, Flag Champ makes the whole world stick.
