FitHalo is an all-in-one workout app for iPhone and Apple Watch. FitHalo tracks cardio, strength training, rucking, and specialty workouts in one place, with features other workout apps don't offer, from loaded carry tracking and Bluetooth equipment control to strength plans built around your schedule. Every workout also counts toward a single weekly challenge score, whether logged with FitHalo, Apple Watch, or any fitness app that syncs with Apple Health. ONE SCORE FOR ALL YOUR WORKOUTS Earn points from every workout based on duration and intensity, with bonus points for a variety of workout types and for staying active every day. Choose a challenge tier to match your fitness level, and compete with friends. STRENGTH TRAINING Track sets, reps, and weights across more than 700 exercises with video demonstrations. During a workout, FitHalo suggests the weight for each set, times your rest, and shows which plates to put on the bar. A muscle map shows which muscles each workout trained. ROUTINES & WORKOUT PLANS Build your own routines or have FitHalo generate one, then arrange them into a workout plan that fits your schedule. Routines and plans can be shared with friends. TRAINING REPORTS Create a PDF training report for any date range or a single workout, with every set, personal record, and muscle map. Print it for your records or share it with a coach or healthcare provider. RUCKING, WEIGHTED VEST & SPECIALTY WORKOUTS FitHalo is the go-to tracker for rucking and loaded carry exercises. Track rucks, weighted vest walks, stroller walks and runs, sauna sessions, and cold plunges. These workouts are tracked without negatively affecting your Cardio Fitness score in Apple Health. BLUETOOTH FITNESS EQUIPMENT Connect to exercise bikes, treadmills, rowing machines, walking pads, and other equipment that supports the Fitness Machine Service (FTMS) protocol. See live data during workouts, control treadmill speed and incline, or adjust bike resistance directly from FitHalo. STRAVA & HEVY INTEGRATION Connect your Strava account to sync workouts automatically, optionally with the exercises and sets from your strength workouts. FitHalo can also sync routines and strength workouts with your Hevy account. APPLE WATCH & WIDGETS FitHalo's watchOS app offers customizable workout displays and complications for your challenge score. Log strength sets from your wrist, with the current exercise and rest timer kept in step with your iPhone. Home screen widgets, lock screen widgets, and Live Activities keep you informed during and between workouts, including your daily step count goal. WORKOUT INSIGHTS & METRICS • Live and post-workout route maps with effort, pace, or heart rate zone coloring • Heart rate zones, live during workouts or in review • Cycling power zones with a built-in FTP calculator • Pace alerts and splits with haptic feedback • Effort tracking compatible with Apple Fitness's Training Load feature • Customizable metric displays on both iOS and watchOS • Workout route export as FIT, TCX, or GPX files WEIGHT & TRENDS Track your weight with BMI reporting, trend analysis, and a projection for the month ahead, toward a target weight or maintenance range. Follow trends in exercise minutes, step counts, and your weekly challenge scores. FitHalo requires an iPhone running iOS 18 or later. Apple Watch features require watchOS 11 or later. Recording a workout on iPhone without an Apple Watch requires iOS 26 or later. Always make sure your workouts are safe and comfortable. Know when to paddle. Invite someone along. Stop cross-referencing tide tables, weather apps, and current charts to figure out if it's worth going out. Kayak Flow does that work for you — combining tides, currents, wind, and weather into a single 10-day picture, matched to your comfort level, at your launch site. When a run of gold stars is forecast for a Saturday morning, you'll know it before you've had your coffee. Text a friend. Make a plan. Find your best day on the water. FIND YOUR WINDOW Set your own comfort thresholds for temperature, wind, gusts, rain, and current speed. Kayak Flow checks every hour of the next 10 days against all of them and marks the good ones with a gold star. Scroll the tide chart to move through the forecast. Tap any hour to see the full picture: tide height, current speed and direction, wind, gusts, cloud cover, and precipitation, plus high and low tides and sunrise and sunset for the day. If your launch site has a beach that turns to mud at low tide, or loses access at high water, set those limits and the app factors those limits in as well. LET THE APP DO THE WATCHING Opt into a morning notification and Kayak Flow checks conditions at your launch site and lets you know when good windows are coming up. It tells you which days look best and reminds you again four days later so you don't lose the habit. If you stop using the app, notifications stop automatically. It's the nudge that gets you out of the house and onto the waters you love. ALL YOUR FAVORITE PLACES Save as many launch sites as you paddle. Each one links to a nearby NOAA tide station, with an optional current station for speed and direction data. If you're at the water, create a launch site and the app finds nearby stations automatically. Planning ahead? Search stations to enter a location in advance. Tide and weather data are available for any NOAA-covered coastline in the US. Current speed data is most reliable in Puget Sound, where NOAA gauges are numerous and well-positioned for surface paddlers. YOUR DATA NEVER LEAVES YOUR PHONE No account. No login. No one harvesting your preferences or selling your paddling habits. Everything you set — your launch sites, your comfort thresholds, your settings — lives only on your device. Tide and current data comes from NOAA. Weather data comes from Apple WeatherKit. Kayak Flow puts it all together for you, locally, on your phone. BUILT FOR PACIFIC NORTHWEST PADDLERS Kayak Flow was built by and for coastal paddlers in the Pacific Northwest. It is best suited for kayak, canoe, and SUP paddlers who get out on coastal waters where tides, currents, and wind matter. Please note: Kayak Flow uses forecast data from NOAA and Apple WeatherKit for general planning reference only. It does not provide navigation guidance or safety recommendations. Conditions can change rapidly and may differ from forecasts. Always verify official sources and exercise personal judgment before launching.
