PointBook is a habit tracker where every routine or goal you check off gives you points to redeem for treats you pick yourself. Say reading for 20 minutes earns 150 points and a movie night costs 5,000. You set both numbers. Points aren't real money, so you can't turn them into cash or gift cards. Most days you'll only need the Today tab. It lists the routines due today, each with its current streak and the days it repeats. When you've done one, tap it and the points are added to your total. If that was a mistake, a second tap undoes it any time before midnight, as long as you haven't used those points yet. Goals have their own card on the Today tab, below your routines. A goal is a one-time thing, like finishing a book or renewing your passport. You can give it a deadline if you like, and if the date passes, the goal just stays on your list. The Rewards tab lists your rewards by cost, lowest first. For the ones you're still working toward, you'll see how many more points you need and a bar that fills up as you get closer. Your next reward is also on the Today tab, and a Redeem button appears there once you have enough. Before you confirm, PointBook tells you what you'll have left, and you can undo a redemption until midnight. A reward stays on your list after you redeem it, so movie night can happen again. To add a routine or goal, tap the + on the Today tab. Routines can repeat every day, on weekdays, on weekends, or only on the days you pick. You can set a reminder for each one, and it won't bug you on days off or after you've already checked the routine off. Streaks only count the days a routine is scheduled, so days off don't break them. If you miss one scheduled day, the streak keeps going, and the Missions tab will tell you which day it was. Miss two in a row and the streak starts over. You never lose points for missing a day. On the Missions tab, each routine has a row of dots for this week, with a colored dot for every day you did it. Tap History at the bottom for charts of your completions and points over the last 7, 30, or 90 days, or all time. There's also a calendar and a heatmap of the past year. Pick any day on the calendar to see what you did. There are two Home Screen widgets. The small one has your points, your longest current streak, and how many of today's routines you've done. The medium one lists up to two routines you haven't done yet, and on iOS 17 or later you can tap one to check it off. You don't need an account, and there are no ads. Your routines, goals, points, and rewards are saved on your device. There's no cloud sync, so before you switch to a new iPhone, export a backup file in Settings and import it on the new one. PointBook follows your phone's light or dark mode, or you can pick one in Settings. It's available in 12 languages: English, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, French, Italian, German, Polish, Korean, Japanese, Traditional Chinese, Thai, and Indonesian. If you're new to this, start with one or two routines and one reward you actually want. When you first open PointBook, you can load a few sample routines and change them from there.

Track hours automatically. Improve working conditions. Open Working Hours helps healthcare workers document actual working hours easily โ€” and make structural problems visible. Overwork in healthcare is well known, but rarely documented. Without independent data, there's no foundation for change. Open Working Hours gives you a private record of your hours, and lets you contribute anonymously to aggregated statistics that show what working conditions actually look like across hospitals and specialties. Tracking shouldn't be an additional burden. Automatic clock-in/out via geofencing as you arrive at and leave your workplace, or log shifts manually in seconds with reusable templates. Built for hospital life: fast, reliable, low-friction. Creates transparency Plan your shifts, track what actually happens, see overtime at a glance over 14 days. When you choose to contribute a confirmed week, it joins anonymized, aggregated statistics at the institutional level โ€” turning isolated experience into a shared picture of working conditions. Privacy from the start Daily shift detail, your calendar, and location data stay on your device. Geofencing detection runs locally. Optional workplace search uses Photon (Komoot, Germany). Only aggregated statistics are ever published, and only when at least 5 people contribute to the same group (k-anonymity), with additional statistical noise to protect against re-identification. No employer access. EU-only infrastructure for hosting, email, and geocoding โ€” optional Apple/Google sign-in is the only US touchpoint, under EU adequacy. No analytics SDKs. No advertising. No third-party trackers. GDPR compliant. Delete your data anytime. For healthcare workers Designed with and for doctors, nurses, midwives, and other healthcare workers. Use it solo from day one โ€” your contributions become statistically meaningful as more colleagues join. Free. Non-commercial. Learn more: openworkinghours.org
