Flowtica vs MindX.

Meet Flowtica, your AI note taker and voice recorder for meetings, interviews and everyday ideas. Record or import audio, get transcripts and AI summaries, and see key decisions and next steps at a glance. Record on your iPhone Capture a meeting or a quick thought directly in the app, or import an existing audio recording for transcription and summarization. Flowtica works on its own, with no Scribe pen required. Notes that show your next move Clean, structured notes that highlight decisions and action items, not a 10-paragraph recap. Flowtica shows you what to do next. Start with 300 free AI minutes New accounts receive 300 free AI minutes, valid for one month from registration. Use them to transcribe recordings and generate AI summaries. Paid plans are available for additional usage. Ask your notes anything "What did we commit to?" "Am I free Wednesday?" Your meetings become searchable, and the AI note taker answers, or drafts the follow-up email for you. Flowtica remembers your preferences and past work, so you never start from scratch. Ask about something from last week or last quarter and get one answer that ties it together. Manage or turn memory off anytime in Settings. Snap anything into a note Snap a photo of handwritten notes, a whiteboard, or slides and it syncs into your knowledge base. Talk while you snap: say "Remind me to follow up next week," and it becomes a task. Record from your Apple Watch Capture meetings and quick thoughts from your wrist. Continue on iPhone, Mac or Web to review the full transcript, AI summary and next steps. Continue on Mac or Web Use your iPhone on the go, the Mac app at your desk, or Web in your browser. Record audio, import recordings and review your notes on Mac or Web. Find the right download or browser entry through Flowtica Apps on our website. Meet Scribe: Write and record in one flow Scribe, the AI pen, lets you write on paper and record at the same time, with no laptop and no phone on the table. Stay fully present in client meetings, on site visits, or during consultations. One tap on FlowMark™ marks the key moment. This recording pen picks up the whole room (recording range of up to 16.4 ft, up to 15 speakers distinguished), with up to 100 hours of continuous recording. Record offline with Scribe. Sync when you're ready Sync your recordings to Flowtica for transcription and AI summaries. Standard transcription remains available for as long as you own your Scribe, even after the month’s AI minutes run out. Recording never requires a subscription. Private by design Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. AI Summary is everywhere. AI Clarity is rare. Beyond audio. Write the unspoken. r/Flowtica · X: @Flowtica_AI · support@flowtica.ai
