LaunchBreak vs Grove

LaunchBreak’s inclusive networking platform is leading the charge to embolden and propel the women’s athletics community. Our free community and its programming are open to all generations of women, female-identifying individuals, and non-binary and gender non-conforming people who participate/d in women’s sports at the collegiate, national and/or professional level. Club athletes are welcome to join if there was no varsity alternative at the time, including athletes with disabilities. Members must be at least eighteen years of age to join. Our professional networking and shared-interest community has excellent resources, including access to mentors/executive coaches, a member-generated job board, industry talks with senior professionals as well as opportunities to meet for a game/workout. The platform includes current student-athletes, early-career to senior-level professionals, 150+ current/former pro athletes, 500+ mentors, and athletes who play/ed at 650+ universities.
