Jitz is your all-in-one Jiu Jitsu companion. It is built to help you learn, plan, and reflect on your journey. It combines a competition game plan builder, a detailed position dictionary, and a training journal so you can connect everything that happens on and off the mats. Whether you’re preparing for competition, tracking your progress, or organizing techniques, Jitz helps you turn your training into a system that grows with you. Features: Widget Goals - Add Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets to keep your current Jiu Jitsu goals visible and stay focused between training sessions. Voice Control - Using Siri AI you can use voice to add journal entries, find seminar notes, and navigate quickly to a position in your game plan. Share to Goals – Share YouTube and Instagram videos directly to Jitz to instantly turn techniques, drills, and seminars into actionable goals you can organize and revisit later. Game Plan Builder - Map out your sequences for competition or sparring. Connect positions, sweeps, and submissions, then step through them like a flowchart to visualize your path to victory. Dictionary of Positions - Browse and study key positions and transitions. Each entry links to related journal notes and your personalized game plans, helping you see how everything fits together. Training Journal - Capture your insights after class or open mat. Add notes, images, and links — and tag positions to connect your entries to what you practiced. Linked Insights - When viewing a position, you’ll instantly see related journal entries, notes, and sequences that reference it. Your learning becomes interconnected and easy to review. Journal Sequences - Add technique flows to any journal entry. Build a sequence of positions, transitions, and submissions from that session, like a mini game plan attached to your notes. Setup Notes - Capture the details that matter at each step of a sequence. For example, from Closed Guard you can note that you broke posture and grabbed the sleeve to set up the Scissor Sweep. Share Journal Entries - Document a seminar or class with notes and photos, then share the full entry with training partners via a link or share code. Technique Goals - Use the Goals tab to choose techniques you want to hit in rolling, set a target count, and track your progress over time. Connect Your Sequences - Sequences from your journal automatically sync to the game plans you select, so what you drilled in class can flow straight into your competition plan. Multiple Game Plans - Create and switch between separate game plans. For example, keep a Master Game Plan for all the techniques you like and switch to your competition game plan for a small focussed set of techniques just for competing. Related Journal on Game Plan - While drilling through a position in your game plan, see journal entries and sequences that reference that spot, so competition prep stays connected to real training. Simple, Modern Interface - Jitz is designed to be fast and distraction-free, letting you focus on your growth without clutter. Build your system, refine your flow, and stay mindful of your progress on and off the mats. Need help or have feedback? Feel free to contact me.
