Easier done than said. EasyDone turns any iMessage chat into a shared to-do list. Make a list, send it, and everyone in the conversation can add tasks and check them off. Every change shows up for everyone in real time, so you always know what's left and who's on it. No new app to download for your friends or family, no accounts, no sign-ups. If you can text someone, you can share a list with them. PERFECT FOR • Grocery and shopping lists with your partner or roommates • Party prep, birthdays and holidays • Trips and packing lists • Household chores and family errands • Moving day, events, and group projects HOW IT WORKS 1. Open EasyDone from the app drawer in any iMessage chat. 2. Name your list and add tasks. Just type and hit return. 3. Tap Send. The list appears in the chat with a preview of the tasks. 4. FEATURES • Real-time sync: check marks and new tasks appear for everyone instantly • Message preview: see the list and its progress right in the conversation • Send Update: share the latest progress, and the old bubble is replaced so the chat stays tidy • Progress bars on every list, so you see what's left at a glance • See who did it: completed tasks show "Done by you" or "Done by them" • Fast entry: hit return to add a task and keep typing • Edit, reorder and delete tasks with a swipe • Uncheck All to reuse a list, like your weekly groceries • Clear Completed to tidy up finished tasks • Lists stay with the chat they belong to • Remove a list from just your device, or delete it for everyone • Works in group chats • Supports Dynamic Type and VoiceOver PRIVATE BY DESIGN EasyDone stores only your lists so they can sync.
