BIM Scanner turns a room or an object into a 2D plan, a 3D model and a BIM file in minutes, then prices the work and writes the quote. AI recognises walls, doors, windows, openings, furniture, appliances and sanitary units as you scan. A 100 m² Scan-to-BIM job takes just a few minutes. FROM SCAN TO QUOTE • Projects keep floors, rooms, scans, measurements and photos together, with one estimate for the whole job. • The estimate prices finishing works and materials for walls and floors, starting from typical rates for 240+ countries and territories. Every work, price and quantity stays editable. • Turn the estimate into a quote or an invoice with your company details, logo, signature and stamp. EU VAT numbers are checked, and invoices carry an EN 16931 e-invoice (Factur-X / ZUGFeRD). • A project report puts plans, wall elevations and the estimate into one PDF. A PLAN YOU CAN EDIT Fix a scan without rescanning. Walls join at their corners, curved, gable and stepped walls keep their shape, and walls can be attached to other walls. Doors and windows come by type: hinged, double-acting, sliding, pocket, folding, revolving or sectional, with arched openings and balcony blocks. Areas account for every opening. DRAWINGS AND EXPORTS • Drawing sheets at a true scale from 1:20 to 1:500, with a title block, dimensions and room names. • IFC 4.0 and 4.3 with typed doors, windows and furniture, for Revit, Solibri, Allplan, Tekla and more. • DXF for AutoCAD, USD for Blender and AR, STL for 3D printing, PDF for sharing. OBJECTS AND BIM COMPONENTS Scan furniture, products or details and get geometry ready for your BIM library. Simplify the mesh, crop what you don't need, and export USD, textured IFC, STL or an MP4 for social media. AR RULER, FREE An AI-assisted AR ruler finds edges and corners, guides you along right angles and saves your measurements. Preview paint, tile, wood or wallpaper on a surface and see what it would cost. UNLIMITED GALLERIES, FREE Keep as many rooms, objects and measurements as you like, even in the free version. ALL ACCESS A weekly, monthly or annual subscription, each with a free trial, or a 7-day pass. Includes every export for rooms and objects, the estimate, projects and advanced modelling tools. PRIVACY Scans and models are processed on your device and are never uploaded. Requirements: iPhone 12 Pro or newer, or iPad Pro with LiDAR; iOS 18 or newer.
