AssureTech Admin vs TerenIQ

Our app makes it simple to manage your construction sites. You can keep track of workers and their details, like roles and contact info. It’s easy to see who’s working where and make sure everyone is on the same page.

Run every construction site from one field-ready workspace. TerenIQ gives construction managers, site managers, foremen and inspectors a live view of what needs attention, who owns it and how work is moving—from the first task to signed handover. START WITH TODAY See due and overdue work, active inspections, site weather, safety briefs, notifications and quick capture in one dashboard. Start work or open the full record in seconds. CONTROL EVERY SITE Review active sites and progress, then open weather, recent tasks, issues, inspections, plans, documents and the project directory without losing context. COORDINATE FIELD WORK Create and assign tasks with status, priority, due date, assignee and field location. Keep task photos, video, voice notes, GPS, comments, attachments, plan links and activity together where the work happens. TRACK ISSUES, SNAGS AND RFIs Record severity, priority, due dates and GPS, site or plan-pin locations. Follow comments, ball-in-court responsibility, official RFI answers and closeout status. RUN CONSISTENT INSPECTIONS Use reusable checklists, mark each item pass, fail or not applicable, add notes and comments, and record the final score and outcome. LOG THE CONSTRUCTION DAY Submit structured daily reports with weather, workforce and equipment counts, completed work and delays. Review report history and workforce trends across sites. KEEP SAFETY VISIBLE Publish toolbox talks and safety briefs, then track field acknowledgements without relying on paper lists. SEE PROGRESS AND WORKLOAD Monitor task completion, overdue work, open issues, inspection results, weekly movement and team workload over 7, 30 or 90 days. CLOSE OUT WITH CONFIDENCE Keep plans and documents available on site, maintain structured handovers, track open items and collect a handover signature directly on iPhone.
