Reopen the introduction from Settings whenever you like. YOUR ACCESS Optionally lock the iPhone app with Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode. App lock is off by default. Widgets, notifications and Watch have separate display and protection settings. YOUR FOX ON WATCH The optional Apple Watch companion shows today's tasks, daily goals and streaks. Tap an open entry to complete it. Appearance, colour and language come from iPhone. Offline completions are queued and synced later. Management and undo stay on iPhone. The connection is off by default. YOUR OVERVIEW Choose the cards you want to see. Hold a card and drag it into place. Arrange lists, goals and tasks too. Shifts and work sessions stay clearly sorted by date. YOUR SHORTCUTS Choose one to six entries for the bottom navigation and put them in your preferred order. The gear always opens Settings. An optional feature menu brings every module together. YOUR WORDS AND COLOURS Edit headings and subtitles or delete them entirely to save space. Choose Light, Dark or your iPhone appearance. Set your accent with a hex code. Branding and five app icons complete your look. YOUR FOX ON THE HOME SCREEN Widgets in three sizes have their own content, order, text, colours and branding. Tap to open the relevant part of the app. NOTES AND TASKS Capture thoughts with Quick entry, organise entries in lists and format longer notes. Due dates and reminders are independent. Repeat tasks daily, on weekdays, on selected days, at custom day intervals or monthly. Enough for today helps you focus on up to three tasks. YOUR GOALS AND ACHIEVEMENTS Daily goals show your current and longest streak. Set your own day thresholds and symbols for twelve badge levels. FOX Prestige becomes more striking at each level. An optional short animation celebrates new awards; turn it off whenever you like. Reduce Motion is respected. YOUR WORKING DAY Plan shifts, including overnight work. Registration requires your explicit consent and iOS permission. Switch it off at any time. YOUR DATA Planning stays on iPhone. With Watch enabled, today's task titles, goals, streaks and appearance settings are sent directly to your paired Watch; notes and contact details are excluded. There is no app-provided cloud sync. Feedback, news, authorised push notifications and optional weather use internet services. Name, email and a screenshot in feedback are optional. GOOD TO KNOW English and German with an expandable guide. iOS 18+; Watch requires watchOS 10+. Reminders need iOS permission; open FOX regularly to extend scheduling. Shift alarms require iOS 26.1+ and separate authorisation. A fixed alarm time at or after shift start falls on the previous day. iOS controls widgets. An offline Watch may show older content until sync. Concept, Design & Development: Miles โ€œMimoโ€ Moulder.
