Self Transform vs Diary

Turn Inward, Get Better!   Observe yourself and study your below important parameters in a Yogic way — all Privately without the need for external assistance - Consciousness: Overcome compulsions by monitoring the cyclical patterns of your activities and maintain awareness. - Emotions: Improve your emotional management over time by tracking your behaviours and analysing them from a higher intellectual perspective. - Moment Experience: Record exactly what occurred during that micro-moment in the simplest way possible. - People Involved: Enhance your connections with others by noting who was involved in the moment, and how you behaved.

Shift is not another journaling app. It's a tool for people who are done tolerating a life that doesn't fit them. Through a transformative onboarding experience and daily pattern interrupts, Shift helps users uncover who they truly want to become - then keeps them aligned with that vision through intentional reflection.
