About

FluidTracker

FluidTracker helps you keep a clear daily record of the measurements you choose: weight, blood pressure, pulse, temperature, blood glucose, drinks and urine. It works offline and requires no account. Record the measurements you need. Review and correct records in History, see recorded trends, and export a PDF or CSV report when you choose. Features: • Separate tracking switches for drinks, urine, weight, blood pressure, temperature and blood glucose. • Today, History, charts and PDF/CSV reports show only enabled measurements. Turning an option off keeps its saved records, ready when you turn it back on. • Record drinks and urine at the current time, or choose an earlier date and time. Correct saved amounts, dates and times in History. • Optional drinks and urine recording in mL, US fl oz or Imperial fl oz, with personal drink shortcuts and a last-drink shortcut. • Blood pressure recording includes optional pulse. Temperature supports same-day rechecks. • Multiple glucose readings each day in mmol/L or mg/dL, with optional meal-timing labels and notes. • Automatic conversion between fluid, weight and temperature units. • Charts and recorded-day fluid averages. Glucose reports show individual readings with reading-type filters. • PDF and CSV reports with optional notes. • Complete manual backups keep all saved records, including hidden measurements, with restore and local recovery copies. • Light and dark appearance, supported languages and an iOS entry widget. ADVERTISING AND PRIVACY Small non-personalised banners support FluidTracker on browsing pages. Today and all recording and correction forms stay free of ads. Ads do not block recording, reports or backups. Your diary values and notes stay on your device and are not sent to the advertising service. Google Mobile Ads may collect device, approximate location, ad interaction and diagnostic data. Privacy choices appear where required. Read our privacy policy: https://fluidtracker.app/privacy.html THE STORY BEHIND FLUIDTRACKER After our kidney transplant, daily fluid recording became part of my life. I began with a hospital paper booklet, but wet hands and water droplets made the pages difficult to keep in good condition. We created FluidTracker to make daily recording easier, then wanted to share it with others facing similar challenges. Read our full story and learn more: https://fluidtracker.app/ FluidTracker is a personal record-keeping tool. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent a condition, provide medical advice, or replace a qualified healthcare professional. Do not use it for emergencies. “Balance” is only recorded fluid intake minus recorded urine output; it is not total body-fluid retention.
