Science Together

Every evening, Science Together gives your family one short science question, written to be read aloud at the table. Everyone locks in a guess, the grown-up reveals the answer, and the family talks. That is the whole app. The screen is the spark; the table is the app. WHAT A NIGHT LOOKS LIKE Read tonight's question out loud. Pass the phone round so everyone can tap their guess, from the youngest to the oldest. Reveal the answer together. Then tap the only button that matters, "We talked about it", and get on with your evening. The app is designed to feel finished after two minutes. QUESTIONS WORTH ARGUING ABOUT Would a hammer and a feather land together on the Moon? Is the water in your glass older than the Sun? Why is the sky blue all day but orange at bedtime? Every night opens with a question anyone can have a go at, with nothing to fetch and nothing to set up. Then comes a simple answer you can read aloud, a deeper layer for when they ask why, a line about what nobody knows yet, and a take-it-further activity using things you already have at home. Every question is written by a working comet scientist and served one a night in your family's own shuffled order, never repeated. New ones join the library without your family needing to update anything. BUILT FOR FAMILIES, PROPERLY One family account, on the grown-up's phone, on purpose. There are no child logins and never will be. No third-party ads, no tracking, no analytics, no endless scroll. Your children's names never leave your phone: the only thing the app stores about them is a first name and an emoji face, and that stays on your device. The only streak is the family streak, it rewards talking rather than screen time, and a missed night is met with warmth, never guilt. Science Together is written and read aloud in English. WHY IT MATTERS Research shows a link between families talking about science at home and children growing a positive science identity: seeing science as something for people like them. Ten minutes of wondering out loud at the table, most nights, is an easy way to start. ONE PLAIN PRICE Every family gets one free question a week, on whichever day suits them, and after it families on the free plan may see one promotion for our own books, merchandise or social media. To play every night, join: the first 100 families can pay once and keep Science Together for good, with a founding badge to show they got it started. After that it is a monthly or annual subscription, and both always begin with a 7 day free trial, so your family can live the daily loop before paying anything. Subscribers see no promotions of any kind. Prices are shown in your own currency on the join screen and in the App Store. Made by NOVA Outreach Ltd. One question a night. Everyone guesses.
