Understand your calorie balance. Log food your way. The Deficit brings your calorie intake, energy expenditure and progress together in a clear daily overview, using Apple Health data from the apps and devices you already use. SEE THE BIG PICTURE โ€ข Follow your calorie balance across days and custom date ranges. โ€ข See intake, macros, resting and active energy, and exercise. โ€ข Set a goal and compare your estimated progress. Days with incomplete intake can be excluded from the balance calculation. AGENTIC FOOD TRACKING โ€” OPTIONAL, EFFORTLESS Tell the AI agent what you eat and it logs the meal for you. Dictate foods and amounts, or photograph a nutrition label and say or type โ€œLog 200 g of this food.โ€ The agent reads the label, calculates the portion and adds it to your diary. When you do not know the portion, it can estimate it for you to review and adjust. โ€ข Log meals by typing, dictating or taking a photo on iPhone or iPad. โ€ข Log multiple meals at different times in one request. โ€ข Dictate food and review your diary directly on Apple Watch. โ€ข Ask follow-up questions in chat or start a live voice conversation. โ€ข Add a personal coaching goal for more relevant feedback. โ€ข Review and edit portions and nutrition values. โ€ข Reuse familiar foods from your food memory. โ€ข Keep your diary and conversation in sync across iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. โ€ข Start dictation with Shortcuts or the Action Button on supported devices. KEEP YOUR EXISTING TRACKER Prefer another food app? Turn off food tracking and continue using The Deficit as your Apple Health calorie-balance overview. YOUR CHOICES Sign in with Apple keeps your account connected across devices. Onboarding explains OpenAI processing when you use AI features. Apple Health access and optional transcript sharing remain under your control in Settings. You can turn off food tracking and delete your account in the app. AI uses credits. New accounts receive welcome credits; additional packs are available as one-time in-app purchases. Purchased credits do not expire while your account exists. At zero credit, AI pauses; your existing data and manual features remain available. Internet access is required for AI and cloud synchronization. Nutrition values and projected weight changes are estimates. Check suggested foods and portions before relying on them. The Deficit is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

About

Fitcontext

Features

FitContext turns the data your Apple Watch, sports watch and health apps already collect into clear training insights - on your device, under your control. TRAINING ANALYSIS - Heart-rate zones: a personal 5-zone model with per-workout time in zone, computed from your heart rate data - Training load: acute:chronic workload ratio (ACWR), CTL/ATL/TSB fitness-fatigue balance, monotony and strain, computed from your exercise sessions, distance, speed, power and calories - Recovery: a daily overview of resting heart rate, heart-rate variability (HRV), sleep and VO2 max trends to judge training readiness ALL YOUR SOURCES, ONE PICTURE FitContext reads your data from Apple Health, so it works with Apple Watch, Garmin, Oura, Polar, Whoop, Fitbit and any other device or app that syncs to Apple Health. You can also connect intervals.icu with your own API key to pull in workouts and wellness data from Garmin, Polar, Suunto, COROS, Wahoo and more. When several sources write the same data, you choose which one wins per category. YOUR DATA, YOUR COACH Generate a structured training report and share it with whoever you trust - your coach, or the AI assistant of your choice (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini). FitContext has no built-in AI service, no account and no developer server: your health data stays on your device and leaves it only when you explicitly share a report. FOOD DIARY WITH AI ESTIMATES Log meals the way that suits you: snap a photo, add a note, search the built-in food database, scan a product barcode or photograph a nutrition label (read on your device). Want calories and macros estimated by AI? Share meals to the AI chat you already use and paste its reply back, or plug in your own OpenRouter API key for direct analysis - or skip AI entirely and log manually. You review every estimate before it lands in your diary. ALSO INCLUDED - Training goals with countdown - Blood-pressure logging - Built-in demo data, so you can explore every feature before connecting Apple Health - Full English and Polish localization FitContext is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.
