PLURNet is mesh-comms for festivals and raves. Bluetooth phone-to-phone, end-to-end encrypted. Works when the cell-towers are overloaded. Open the app at the gate. You're already on the network. Find your friends and sends high priority message to an "SOS" friend group which shows them an arrow pointing to you. Optional "LoRa" card provides long range radio for this purpose (beyond the bluetooth mesh). Fixed Bluetooth-Wifi routers can also extend range.
