EMS RUSH
Read full descriptionHide full description
EMS Rush puts you behind the wheel of an ambulance in a fast-paced emergency medicine game. Head out on emergency calls with a diagnosis from dispatch. As you drive, collect the symptoms and clinical findings that fit the case — and avoid the ones that point to something else. Each call is built around differential diagnosis: distractor findings come from conditions you might realistically consider, not random unrelated diseases. After every call, review what fooled you, which condition each misleading finding actually points to, and how the diagnoses differ. FEATURES • 30 emergency calls across 5 shifts • Cases across Cardiac & Vascular, Neuro Emergencies, Acute Abdomen, and Red Zone shifts • More than 160 symptoms and clinical findings • Explanations after every call • Available in English and Russian • Works offline The first shift is free. A single one-time purchase unlocks the four additional shifts. EMS Rush is an educational game with deliberately simplified content. It is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, or real-world clinical decision-making.

Verdict
Alienated and EMS RUSH are too close to call on the numbers: across 5 compared parameters — price, ads, in-app purchases and device support among them — neither pulls far enough ahead to decide it. What separates them is feature set and interface, not measurable difference.

Both are free to download. Alienated sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and EMS RUSH sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
