About

Amplexio

Features

Amplexio is the relationship operating system for people whose business runs on real relationships: direct sales, network marketing, coaches, consultants and team leads. Most sales tools were built to manage pipelines. Amplexio is built to manage people you actually care about. It remembers what was said, tells you who has gone quiet, and gives you one calm next step a day instead of a dashboard full of red numbers. WHAT YOU GET Contacts with memory. Every note, call, message and meeting stays attached to the person, searchable even when you misspell the name. A daily ritual. One short list each morning: who to reach out to, what to follow up, what you promised. No streak pressure, no guilt. Closeness scoring. Amplexio watches how often and how recently you talk to someone, and quietly surfaces the relationships that are cooling down. Quick capture. Scan a business card or a QR code and the contact is created for you. Dictate a note after a call and it is filed where it belongs. Tasks and events. Follow-ups, birthdays and meetings live next to the person they belong to. Cloud backup and team sync. Your data is encrypted end to end before it leaves the device. Share an account with one or two colleagues if you work as a small team. Works offline. Everything is on your device first. Sync happens when you have signal. PRIVACY Your contacts are yours. Your contacts, notes and history are encrypted end to end for cloud sync, and Amplexio never writes messages or posts on your behalf. Available in English and German. SUBSCRIPTIONS Amplexio is free to start. Basic and Core are auto-renewing subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly. Plus+ seats add one or two colleagues to your plan. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.
