Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: سيبار at 100% against HEPIQ's 7%. سيبار also leads on rating (5.0 vs 1.3) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). HEPIQ's advantage is ratings volume (5.7K vs 1) and chart position (#205 vs unranked). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

سيبار holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 1.3. HEPIQ ships an update every 2 weeks, سيبار fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
