About

Upfit

Features

Upfit is your gym's app for training better — no spreadsheets, no paper. Your coach builds your routine and you always have it on hand, even with no signal. WHAT YOU DO IN THE APP • Your next workout, always on hand — Open the app and today's training is right there: it recommends your next day, and "My week" shows your whole routine. Tap any day to start it or just view the routine — sets, reps (or RIR), rest and intensity exactly as your coach set them. Days you've already trained are marked: revisit what you did or redo them. • Hands-free training mode — Log every set as you go: weight (accepts decimals), reps, RPE. A rest timer with a beep that sounds even on silent and alerts you when it's over, even if you're in another app. For time-based exercises, a hands-free work timer that runs on its own. Reorder, skip or add sets, and see your summary when you finish. • Time-based exercises — Planks, isometrics and cardio with their own work timer, no need to touch the screen while you train. • Weekly routine cycles — Your routine progresses in blocks (week by week). Each stage is versioned and your last load carries over from one block to the next. • Muscle map — See which muscle groups you worked (primary and secondary) with silhouettes that fill in based on your week. • Progress & streak — Your consistency week by week with your streak, your personal records per exercise and your strength trends. Add private measurements and progress photos. • Gym check-in — Show your QR code at the front desk and you're in within seconds. Keep your attendance history. • My account — Your membership, when it expires, what you've paid and your history. All clear, no need to ask. • Diet, inbox & community — Read your meal plan (even offline), get messages and announcements from your coach, and share your wins on cards branded with your gym. DON'T HAVE A ROUTINE YET? Build your own with templates by level and goal, or with the generator. Upfit works offline: your routine lives on your phone and syncs on its own once you're back in signal. Face ID and fingerprints stay on your device. CARDIO AND APPLE HEALTH Log cardio with open time or a goal, pause and resume, and check your history. On iPhone, connect Apple Health to import workouts, distance, active energy and average heart rate with explicit permission. Imported activities stay private until you choose to share them with your coach. Upfit does not write to HealthKit. HOW TO GET IN: Upfit is your gym's app. Your gym needs to use Upfit; you sign in with the credentials they give you (gym code + username + password). Own a gym? Discover Upfit at www.upfit.ar.
