Heynote! vs teramoby tera (tt)

Free your team from scraps of paper and forgotten items: Heynote! digitizes your order processing. With just a few clicks, you can record working hours, activities, materials used, and photos directly at the customer's site. All data is transferred live to the back office—so you always know who is working on what and can bill every order seamlessly. Here's how it works for you: • Add employees to the team: Each member records times, breaks, activities, materials, and photos; you can see everything live in the back office. The customer signs directly on site in the app – no more discussions about working hours or material usage. • Manage projects in the back office: All entries automatically end up in the right project. No more chaos with notes, no more scattered information. You keep track of what has been completed and what is still missing. • Let Heynote! work for you: The optional Heynote AI pulls all working hours, activities, and materials and uses them to create finished invoice items. Everything is complete, nothing is forgotten, no estimates – you just check and send out the invoice. Your advantages: • Complete project documentation without having to chase up information. • All items are immediately ready for billing; increased revenue because nothing is forgotten. • Personal working time and break recording as well as billable project times in one app – start/pause/stop for the day and parallel project timers for orders. • Full control in the office or on the go thanks to live synchronization between all team members. • Tracking of materials used via QR/EAN scanner. New items can be created directly in the app. • Free-text activity log with optional AI for professional invoice texts. • Photo documentation for visual logging of your work. • Digital signatures lock entries; once signed, they are read-only and marked in the back office. • AI-powered invoice templates at the touch of a button, exports as CSV/XLSX, and planned accounting integrations. Heynote! supports German, English, Polish, and Turkish (more to follow soon) and offers a 30-day free trial. All data is encrypted during transmission and stored in Germany.
