About

StaffPlus Analytics

Features

See your PostHog project on your iPhone: new events as they come in, every user's full timeline, and a short on-device summary of what each person has been doing. StaffPlus reads data you already send to PostHog. It doesn't collect analytics for you. You'll need a PostHog Cloud project in the US region and a personal API key with the query:read scope. Paste the key, tap Find Projects, and pick one. If someone else runs your PostHog account, the app writes the request for you to send them. Recent Events lists the newest events first, grouped by user, with each person's country, device, OS, app and version. Custom event properties sit right under the event name. Pull to refresh, or just come back to the app. Tap a user to open their page: a map of where they've used your app, their person properties, and their event timeline going back 90 days. On iOS 26 with Apple Intelligence, Wizard's Insight writes a two- or three-sentence summary of that user on your device, quoting the real numbers. You can switch it to your own Claude API key instead, and add a GitHub token and repo so it reads the code that sends each event before it writes. Analytics charts the last 24 hours by the hour, or the last 7 days in 6-hour steps. Break it down by app, country, device, OS, app version or OS version, then tap the chart to see the events in that slot. Two filters keep the noise out. One hides likely App Review test devices, and the other hides any event names you choose. Your keys are stored in the iOS Keychain. Queries go straight from your device to PostHog's API, and your key is never sent to us. StaffPlus runs on iPhone and iPad.
