Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Rescope at 5.0 against IMAYSELLIT's 4.6. Rescope also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 75%). IMAYSELLIT's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and update cadence (fortnightly vs monthly). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
