Pamkit keeps everything you own in order: your homes, the papers behind them, the appliances inside them, the policies that protect them and the money that flows through them, with Pamela AI doing the reading, filing and reminding for you. ONE PLACE FOR EVERY HOME • Each home gets its own page with tabs: Overview, Tax, Loans, Insurance, Lease and rent, Appliances, Documents and Activity. • See what a home is worth, what you owe on it, what it costs to insure and when each bill is due. • County records (Pro): Pamkit finds your home in the county's own public records and shows the parcel number, deed, latest transfer and lot size. Sacramento County and the Austin area today, more counties on the way. PAPERS THAT FILE THEMSELVES • Snap a receipt, warranty, policy or tax bill. Pamela reads it, names it, links it to the right home or appliance and sets the reminders. • Forward emails from stores and insurers and the attachments land in the right place. • Documents, warranties and policies that lapse show up before they do. EVERY APPLIANCE, TRACKED • Model, serial number, purchase date, warranty end and manuals in one card. • Service history and the next service due, with a button that finds a pro near you. • Sell or give away an appliance in one tap when it is time.
