Why Rider X? • Same-Day Delivery: From pickup to drop-off in hours, not days. • Fast & Secure: Every courier is trained to handle your package with care. • Eco-Friendly Fleet: Our e-bikes, e-mopeds, and electric vans reduce emissions. • Flexible for Everyone: Perfect for individuals, shops, offices, clinics, and labs. • Real-Time Tracking: Follow your delivery live across Vienna. • Smart Support: AI-powered, multilingual, always available. How it Works 1. Open the Rider X app. 2. Enter pickup and drop-off locations. 3. Select your package size and delivery time. 4. Instantly get matched with a Rider X courier. 5. Track your package live until it’s delivered the same day. Built for Vienna Austria has lacked a reliable same-day delivery service — until now. Rider X connects the city with fast and eco-friendly logistics, designed for both individuals and businesses: • A dental clinic can send molds to a lab and get them back the same day. • A print shop can deliver business cards to clients within hours. • A boutique can compete with e-commerce giants by offering same-day shop-to-door delivery. • An individual can send gifts, packages, or documents anywhere in Vienna today. Our Mission Rider X isn’t just about speed. It’s about building a sustainable future for urban logistics. By choosing Rider X, you’re helping reduce CO₂ emissions, lower traffic congestion, and keep Vienna’s air clean — while enjoying the convenience of instant delivery.
