Dong DMC Partner vs Scan.Tours

Dong DMC is the partner app for travel agencies and tour operators selling Vietnam group, incentive, and MICE programs. Submit a client brief, watch our AI pipeline generate a structured itinerary with pricing in minutes, then manage every confirmed tour — pax manifests, vouchers, invoices, and live operations — without leaving the app. Built for partners, not end-travelers. If you sell Vietnam to your own clients and need a reliable inbound DMC handling the ground execution, this app replaces the email chains, WhatsApp threads, and PDF attachments that slow your business down. TWO WAYS TO BOOK VIETNAM • Ready Packages — Browse our catalog of pre-built tours with instant pricing. Silver, Gold, and Platinum partners save 3%, 6%, and 10% on every booking. • Custom Programs — Submit your client's brief, our AI generates a structured proposal in hours, our ops team reviews before delivery. B2B partner rates apply. KEY FEATURES • AI-assisted RFQ submission — Paste your client's email, our system extracts pax, dates, destinations, and hotel tier automatically • Live proposal pipeline — Track your inquiry from intake through itinerary generation, pricing, and human review with real-time status • Structured proposals — Day-by-day itinerary, pricing breakdown, costing sheet, ready to white-label for your end client • Booking management — Pax manifests, vouchers, invoices, and deposit tracking for every confirmed tour • Direct ops chat — Message your dedicated Dong DMC account manager per booking, with full thread history • Loyalty tiers — Silver partners earn 3% off Ready Packages, Gold earn 6%, Platinum earn 10%. All tiers receive faster proposal SLAs and priority queue access. WHO THIS IS FOR Tour operators, incentive houses, and travel agencies in Indonesia, Germany, France, Greater China, and beyond who book Vietnam group programs of 10–200 pax. Access is by invitation. Scan.Tours is a comparison engine for tours, attractions, activities and experiences around the world. SEARCH ONCE Type a place, an attraction or an activity — "Bangkok temples", "Eiffel Tower skip the line", "Rome food tour" — and browse thousands of experiences in 3,000+ destinations. Search understands typos, city abbreviations and filters like price, duration, free cancellation and instant confirmation. COMPARE, THEN CHOOSE Every experience shows the provider, the current from-price in the provider's currency with an estimate in yours, duration, languages, cancellation terms, confirmation type, inclusions and the provider's own rating. Compare offers side by side and pick the one that suits you. CONTINUE TO THE PROVIDER Scan.Tours does not sell or book anything itself. When you choose an offer you continue to the travel provider's website to check availability and complete the booking. Scan.Tours may earn a commission from qualifying bookings; this never changes the price you pay and never influences how results are ranked. MORE • 29 display currencies with clearly labelled estimates • Wishlist, compare tray and recently viewed — no account needed • Destination and attraction pages with real inventory counts • Links from scan.tours open directly in the app Prices and availability come from the providers' feeds and are refreshed regularly; the provider's checkout is always final. Scan.Tours is operated by The Thai Tourism Co., Ltd.
