Meet your Drop: a water buddy that grows as you hydrate. Log a glass and it perks up. Skip water and it starts to wilt. AquaTrack sets your personal daily goal in 30 seconds and counts every drink by how well it actually hydrates you. YOUR DROP REACTS TO EVERY DRINK • Water, tea, coffee, milk, juice, even wine: 40+ drinks, each counted by its Beverage Hydration Index (BHI). • Whole milk hydrates 1.5× better than water, so 8 fl oz of milk counts as 12. • Coffee gives your Drop the jitters. Water brings it back. FROM DROP TO WATER GENIE • Six stages unlock as your habit grows: Drop, Dewdrop, Trickle, Stream, Wave and Water Genie. • Keep your streak alive and earn achievements along the way. GENTLE REMINDERS, NEVER NAGGING • Reminders follow your day: quiet hours, wake and sleep windows, pacing that adapts instead of pinging on a fixed schedule. • Missed a day? Streak rescue saves your streak, up to 4 times a month. A DAILY GOAL MADE FOR YOU • Based on your weight, activity, climate and today's workouts from Apple Health. • Built on published references (EFSA 2010, IOM 2004), not a one-size-fits-all 8 glasses. HYDRATION, NOT JUST VOLUME • Two rings: the outer ring shows hydration credit, the inner ring shows raw volume. You always see both numbers. • A daily insight about your last 24 hours: average gap between drinks, time of day, drink variety. ON YOUR WRIST AND HOME SCREEN • Apple Watch app, 8 widgets for Home and Lock Screen, Live Activity and a one-tap Control Center button (iOS 18). • Two-way Apple Health sync: reads water, caffeine, weight and exercise; writes your drinks back. • Import your past hydration history from Apple Health on install. Export every drink to CSV. PRIVACY BY DEFAULT Your health and intake data stay on your iPhone. No accounts, no tracking. Usage analytics are pseudonymous (Amplitude, EU servers): no health data, no amounts, no IP address. OPEN SCIENCE Methodology, sources and BHI coefficients are in the app and on aquatrack.club/#science. Want to know why your coffee counts at 0.99? The citation is there. NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AquaTrack provides general hydration estimates based on population-level research. It is not a substitute for medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional, especially if you have kidney disease, heart failure or diabetes, are pregnant, or need to manage your fluid intake under medical supervision. SUBSCRIPTION AquaTrack is a subscription app. New users start with a 7-day free trial of the yearly plan, or choose a monthly plan or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Users who set up the app before version 1.5 keep the free tier.
