Open the Strava app and go to the Maps tab. 2. Tap the Route icon (looks like a folded map/path) in the upper right. 3. Tap the Plus (+) or Upload icon. 4. Select the GPX file from your phone's file storage. 5. Once processed, tap Save to keep it in your routes.
