Cheat Day Tracker
Read full descriptionHide full description
CheatDay Tracker is a gamified diet companion that helps you plan and control cheat days using a mana system. The main purpose is to simplify a really hard process with small celebrations and find a balance between them. Stay in control of your cheat days with a system of rules. Do not transform a diet break into the end of the diet. Track it and achieve your goals with a reward. Give yourself a space for life without limitation, without guilt. If you want to eat something outside of your diet, plan it! The app also supports integration with Apple Health and Calendar. It allows syncing weight data for achievements with the app and reports new weight from the app as well. The Calendar integration allows you to see planned cheat days in a comfortable way. Data privacy first. All data is stored locally, only sharing weight with Apple Health when permission is given. Also, all data can be fully deleted with the app. Need more flexibility? You can temporarily bypass scheduling restrictions for exceptional situations. Try not to use it too often to achieve good results!
