MTN Field Guide is an offline educational wilderness-medicine reference and training companion for trained responders, outdoor professionals, instructors, students, trip leaders, and guides. FIELD GUIDANCE Search wilderness-medicine references by symptom, injury, acronym, or title. Browse organized field guides and bookmark useful entries for quick access. ASSESSMENT SUPPORT Review structured scene-safety and patient-assessment prompts. These reference checklists support your training and judgment; they do not analyze patient findings or generate a diagnosis. TRAINING PRACTICE Reinforce learning with study modules, questions, flash cards, and scenarios. FIELD TOOLS Access rescue-request prompts, timers, checklists, acronyms, scales, and other reference tools. SOAP NOTE LITE Write one active SOAP worksheet, stored in encrypted form on your device. Optionally capture one foreground GPS snapshot and attach one photograph. Export a PDF through your device's share menu and delete the local draft when you choose. This is a single-draft worksheet, not a patient archive or complete electronic medical-record system. OFFLINE AND PRIVATE Core guidance and training content work offline. No account is required. The app has no advertising, analytics, patient-data backend, cloud synchronization, audio recording, transcription, or background location tracking. External website links require connectivity. Export destinations may retain their own copies of files you choose to share. INTENDED USE MTN Field Guide is for educational purposes exclusively. None of its material should be used to treat, diagnose, or manage injuries, illness, or disease without the appropriate training, licensing, scope of practice, and medical direction. It does not replace medical care by licensed professionals, hands-on training, or emergency services. Always double-check information and follow local laws, protocols, and guidance. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making medical decisions. The app does not interpret patient-entered findings, generate diagnoses, calculate medication doses, or dispatch emergency services. No physician medical-director approval is claimed.
