CIPA+ vs Sweet Cones

CIPA+ é uma solução gameficada que visa fixar as informações essenciais da CIPA e reforçar a segurança no ambiente de trabalho utilizando como guia das Normas Regulamentadoras, tendo um maior enfoque nas NR7 e NR9, visando os pontos de segurança abordados pela PGR -PROGRAMA DE GERENCIAMENTO DE RISCOS- e de saúde abordados pela PCMSO -Programa de Controle de Saúde Médico Ocupacional-. Esses elementos são abordados pela jogabilidade através de duas etapas: Ambiente: o jogador será posto em um ambiente que simula o seu local de trabalho e deverá caminhar até a sua posição de trabalho, se atentando ao caminho, companheiros de trabalho e sinalizações para seguir de forma segura e evitar acidentes. Minigame: ao chegar na posição de trabalho, o jogador deverá interagir com um minigame que de forma lúdica simula o trabalho executado no local, cada minigame possui sua peculiaridade, gerando uma diferença entre os dias, criando um senso de novidade em cada minigame. A abordagem lúdica e descontraída tende a facilitar a absorção e entendimento por meio do jogador, que aprende ou reforça uma informação sem sentir que está “estudando”, o que torna o Projeto CIPA uma ótima solução para a abordagem de um assunto tão importante como a segurança no ambiente de trabalho.
