Train without distractions. Riace. is a focused interval timer for athletes who want a reliable tool — not another fitness app cluttered with social feeds, subscriptions, and accounts. Four modes cover every common interval pattern, and each one is configured directly on its home-screen card with intuitive scroll-wheel pickers. No extra screens, no buried menus. FOUR MODES - Tabata. Classic work/rest intervals. Configure work (5–120s), rest (5–60s), 1–20 rounds, and stack multiple sessions with a pause between them. - Recover. Single-cycle timer with milestone markers along the way. Anything from 10 to 255 seconds, markers every 5–60s. Built for boxing rounds, rowing pieces, and active recovery circuits. - EMOM. Every minute on the minute. Pick an interval (30–180s) and the number of rounds (1–30). The timer cycles automatically. - Timer. A clean countdown from 30 seconds to one hour. For plank holds, rest periods, or anything that just needs a number ticking down. HANDS-FREE CONTROL Voice commands work in 6 languages: English, Italian, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese. The app detects your phone's language automatically, or you can pick one manually. Say "Go" to start, "Stop" to end, "Pause" to pause, or call a mode by name. Speak a number between 10 and 255 to set the Recover cycle duration on the fly. Rename any keyword from Settings. Or use clap detection — a single or double clap (you choose) starts your Quick Start workout. Clap again to stop. Just the phone microphone, no extra hardware. LOCAL ANALYTICS, ZERO ACCOUNT Everything stays on your device. No account to create, no email to verify, no cloud sync, no subscription. Your workout history is yours, stored locally. The Progress screen surfaces: - Current streak and weekly average - Monthly volume vs. last month - Workout calendar with daily activity - Activity chart by week, month, or year, filtered by mode - Training split — how much time you spent in each mode - Consistency score over the last 30 days - Personal records: most Tabata rounds, most EMOM rounds, longest Recover session - All-time totals across every mode DESIGN Dark interface throughout, optimized for low-light gym environments. Multiple colour presets for the Work / Rest / Pause palette. Portrait and landscape are both supported — the screen reflows automatically. Countdown audio is configurable: a beep, or a spoken "3, 2, 1, Go!". NO SUBSCRIPTION, NO ACCOUNT Riace. is free to use. No premium tier, no upgrade prompt, no account to set up. Every feature is included from launch. Download Riace. and bring focus back to your training.
