التطبيق الرسمي للخدمات الإلكترونية للهيئة العامة للعقار، يقدم تجربة رقمية متكاملة تتيح للأفراد والمنشآت العقارية الوصول إلى مختلف الخدمات العقارية. حيث يسهّل التطبيق تنفيذ التعاملات العقارية في منصة رقمية موحدة، عبر إجراءات محوكمة وميّسرة، تسهم في رفع الثقة بالقطاع وتضمن تقديم تجربة سلسة وموثوقة للمستفيدين، لبناء قطاع عقاري أكثر تنظيمًا واستدامة. يتيح التطبيق في مرحلته الأولى تمكين المستفيدين من عرض والاستعلام عن العقود السكنية والتجارية، والرخص العقارية، بالإضافة لإمكانية اعتماد قبول أو رفض العقود بكل يسر وسهولة (نسخة تجريبية).
