Stickee is designed to provide students with a university-based community where they share, connect, and navigate university life together. Our mission is to help students adapt to university life more quickly and make the most of their experience wherever they study. Users can share everyday moments through posts, exchange experiences and ideas, ask questions, and seek help from fellow students. The community is primarily organized around universities, filling the gap between small friendship circles and large, open social platforms. By encouraging students and alumni from the same university to share experiences and exchange useful information, Stickee aims to reduce information gaps and make valuable knowledge more accessible within each university community. What We Aim to Address Stickee focuses on two key needs: helping students feel less isolated while living away from home, and making it easier to discover and share practical knowledge about university life. Whether users have questions about their studies or everyday life, they can create posts to ask the community for advice and support. They can also share recommendations for great places to eat, things to do, and practical tips that may help students who are new to the area. The app is organized around university communities and focuses on building connections beyond users’ immediate friendship circles. It gives students more opportunities to discover and connect with people within their wider university community.
