Little Wordsmiths vs ABCool Train

Little Wordsmiths is an interactive learning dictionary that helps children build real vocabulary, in English and in the language they speak at home. Over 4,000 illustrated words, each one taught four ways. Hear it. Every word is spoken by a real recorded voice, in 25 languages. Write it. Trace the word letter by letter, in its own script, from A to Z to Arabic, Hindi and Chinese. Read it. Sweep a finger along the sentence and each word reads itself aloud under the child's finger. Watch it. Videos bring the word to life. Then check what stuck. Five playful skill tests cover reading, listening, pictures and handwriting, and Smart Mix quietly gives more practice to whatever your child finds hardest. Choose your family's language and the whole app follows: the buttons, the word, the voice, the letters your child traces, and the meaning. English never disappears, it sits alongside so both languages grow together. Parents and teachers see real progress per child, word by word, with daily streaks and a words-learned count that only rises when a word has genuinely been heard, written and read. Also practise the alphabet and numbers 1 to 100 on the same tracing canvas. Built for ages 2 to 8. Every word, every language, every child. No child left behind.
